Delete your Lovena account

This page explains how to delete your Lovena account and what happens to your data. Lovena is published on Google Play by Deepjoke Software and on the Apple App Store by Yasin Aydın.
In the app
- Open Lovena and go to the Profile tab.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Without the app
If you can no longer open the app, email lovenacouple@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Lovena is a shared space: every note, photo and garden belongs to two people. So deleting your account deletes, along with your own account and profile, everything the couple created — notes, photos, voice notes, drawings, capsules, answers, the garden, dreams, map places, location data and notification tokens. Your partner's account is not deleted; they are told the connection has ended.
Data is removed from our live systems immediately. Copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before they are overwritten.
What is not deleted
Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel yours first in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you will keep being charged.
Purchase records kept by Apple, Google and our subscription provider RevenueCat are retained as the law and their policies require.
